I have an interdisciplinary BFA from the San Francisco Art Institute and have been making small sites and using Photoshop since before the CMS. I know HTML5, CSS3, Photoshop CC, WordPress, Joomla and other web design and development tools. I recently finished the CCNA program and Network Security classes at CCSF.
